Well, friends…it’s the end of anotherdeliciousyear and decade! I feel so blessed and grateful to still be here, creating recipes and doing what I love and that is thanks to all of you! Ten years ago I was a middle school teacher, newly pregnant with my first baby and an avid reader of blogs, especially food blogs. And I had a secret dream to one day start my own food blog. It would take me half the decade to actually do it…and even then, I never imagined this blog would be anything more than a hobby.

And yet, here we are. I am no longer teaching, but I also no longer consider myself a stay at home mom. I am proud and lucky to be running a business (crazy to even say that out loud!) from home and learning the ropes on how to balance work and life with two busy kids.

I couldn’t be more grateful.

Dinners have always been the most popular recipes on the blog, but this year I took a few risks and published some more sides, breakfasts, and baked goods and you guys seemed to dig it! I’m so glad! One of my favorite things to make in my Air Fryer is Taquitos – either these Buffalo Chicken ones, or my Salsa LimeAirfryer Chicken Taquitos,because they cook up so quick without turning on my oven! You guys went CRAZY over the buffalo chicken version…and I have to agree! I love the filling so much, I often mix it up, throw it in the fridge, and eat it as a dip or a salad all week long!

Healthy Chicken Lettuce Wraps | PF Changs Copy Cat Lettuce Wraps | 21 Day Fix | Weight Watchers | 2B Mindset

Omgee…I was SO thrilled when I saw this was a top recipe from the year. Guys…I LOVE this recipe so much. It might actually be my FAVE recipe from the blog like, ever. It makes an awesome lunch for meal prep (confession – I eat it cold sometimes!) but I also love it as a quick and easy one pan dinner. So, so good. Honorable mention? Healthy Instant Pot Lasagna Soup | 21 Day Fix Lasagna Soup [Gluten-free | Slow Cooker Option]

The biggest reason why I love this soup is that everyone in my house will actually eat it. I am sure you this happens all the time. Well, I am here to tell you it doesn’t. Like not at all. But they love this Lasagna Soup – pizza soup – is what they actually call it. I call it a win and it appears it was for you, too!

Healthy Instant Pot Chili Mac [21 Day Fix | Gluten-Free | StoveTop Option]

This was the first recipe I released in 2019 and also one of the recipes I taught in my first Instant Pot Beginners Challenge last year, so it quickly became a fan favorite! I’m excited to put out some more Instant Pot Pastas in the new year – they are one of my favorite quick meals to make in the IP!

Healthy Chicken Ramen Noodle Stir Fry [Gluten-free | 21 Day Fix | Weight Watchers]

Another one of MY personal faves (because, ramen) this Kung Pao Chicken Noodle Stir Fry dinners was one of the meals you all made and shared the most in 2019. I love how easy it is to sub your favorite proteins and veggies, too! I’ve done it with steak and shrimp and whatever veggies I have in my fridge and it comes out amazing every time!

This side dish is gluten free, low carb, keto friendly, no yellows and yet it’s one of my favorite recipes ever! It’s total comfort food, and can be made in minutes in your Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi. Bonus – you can use your Mealthy Crisp Lid for this one, too!

Easy Gluten-free Mediterranean Chickpea Salad | 21 Day Fix | Weight Watchers | 2B Mindset

Another side/salad made the list! I never thought a salad would make the list of top ten recipes, but this is not your ordinary salad. It makes for an amazing meatless lunch or dinner, or pairs perfectly with just about any protein. It’s awesome for meal prep and it is fairly budget friendly, too! I can see why you guys love this one!

When I started this blog, I didn’t consider myself to be much of a baker – especially since we has just started eating gluten-free and I also pulled my son off dairy. But when you practice something over time, you do get better. And I am proud of my ability to use gluten and dairy free ingredients to make healthier baked goods! You guys LOVED these Blender Muffins, as well as myGluten Free Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffinsand also myHealthy Strawberry Shortcake!

I love that this is one of the top ten recipes…when I almost didn’t make it! It was a reader request and honestly, I didn’t know if Cheeseburger Soup even sounded good to me. This is why I love you people – you were SPOT on with this one and it’s one of my favorite new soups to make!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders

This one was a surprise to me, but I am thrilled you guys loved it. My husband said it was a top 5 dinner when I made it, so I knew it was a winner! It turns out it’s also a picky kid fave! I make them dairy free for my little guy and use a mild colby jack cheese for my daughter and everyone is happy!
