This was my first time seeing Dr Gilion I was referred to him by my daughter . He was AMAZING , CARING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL . I explained things to me that no Dr or orthopedic Dr ever did . I have a problem with my left knee ( after a knee replacement ) I have been having severe pain and can't bend it right Dr did X-rays and explained thoroughly my problem , he also did X-rays on my right hip bc of replacement done in 2011 he again explained everything thoroughly everything that is wrong . He ordered blood work and I go back to him in 2 months . He is just AMAZING !! I'm happy I made this appointment with him !!! Very happy

My answers say everything about Dr. Gilson and his team. One thing I can add: we were all wrapped up and ready to go after my last follow up. He asked me if I had any other questions, and I said yes. He sat down right away, and listened to me. Didn't make me feel rushed in any way. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him as my surgeon. Give him a raise immediately! I have another hip that will need him in the future!

This was a very positive experience. The office and staff were respectful and caring. The Doctor was great at explaining the issues now and in the future as they might develop. I highly prefer to go to a physician who part of SLHN. The physicians are more people oriented and work with you as a partner. The offices are consistently better run. More organized, efficient, anticipating issues and responding on an individual level. I love the charting system where I can find all my info. affiliation. St. Luke's is great.

Dr Gilson did an excellent job with my Hip replacement surgery. I have no complaints with that. He has recently continued with me as a patient for my left knee for a partial knee, potential full knee replacement surgery. He has explained everything fully to me, and I am very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise that he will fix my knee and I will be hopping out of the hospital coming September. Dr. Gilson and his staff of professionals are excellent at what they do, and I tell everyone that will listen.

I visited Dr.Gilson's office as a follow up appt from my hip replacement surgery on June 5th 2023. I am extremely pleased with the attention and care I was given. By June 20th (the date of my aftercare appt.) I was already walking without a walker or cane I never had any strong pain and was able to decrease the Tylenol within a week after surgery! When I initially went to see Dr. Gilson it was for a consult. I was so impressed that he knew my history with cancer and stated exactly how he would proceed so I would have the best possible outcome! His knowledge and compassion was truly humbling and I left the office with a date for surgery completely believing I would have the best possible outcome! Three weeks from surgery and I am already back at work!! I will recommend Dr. Gilson to anyone who is on need of his expertise, Dr. Gilson was truly wonderful.
