Slow Cooker Pizza Sauce
This is as simple as simple could be. I use a small crock-pot (3 to 4 quart) to cook this easy pizza sauce. I made it the other day and made up some crescent roll pizzas with it.

- 3 Quart, 3.5 Quart Or 4 Quart Slow Cooker

Can I Double Or Triple This Pizza Sauce Recipe?
This homemade pizza sauce is easily doubled or tripled if you would like to make more. Simply increase the ingredients and use a larger slow cooker.
If you double the recipe use a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker and add about 1 hour cooking time.
If you triple the recipe use a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker and add about 2 hours cooking time.
How Long Can I Store This Pizza Sauce After It Is Made?
Once cooked this recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Or for longer storage time pack the pizza sauce away in freezer containers and stash away in the freezer for up to 1 year. Simply thaw before using.

- 32 Ounces Canned Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Canned Tomato Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar (Or Honey)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Use in your favorite homemade pizza recipe or in any recipe that calls for jarred pizza sauce.
Notes
Feel free to double or even triple this batch. It freezes beautifully. I like to freeze in 1 cup containers as that this about what I use for 1 pizza.
